Substitute care under §39 SGB XI
What is it?
Substitute care (Verhinderungspflege) gives family carers a break when they cannot be there — because of illness, a holiday or their own commitments. During that time our team takes over the care and companionship reliably.
Who pays?
The cost of substitute care is covered by the long-term care insurance fund where a care level of 2 or higher has been assessed.
