Most of our services are covered by the long-term care or health insurance fund. We will tell you transparently, and with no hidden costs, what you are entitled to.
We help you apply for a care level, explain what you are entitled to and, if you wish, deal with the insurance fund on your behalf.
Our team is made up of state-registered nurses and qualified care assistants with many years of experience in both home and clinical settings. Professional competence, empathy and a strong sense of responsibility underpin everything we do.
Our teams work in these districts and the surrounding areas.
If you or your relative would like to stay in your own home for as long as possible and need professional support to do so, home care is often the best answer. We will advise you personally, honestly and without obligation, and work out the actual level of care needed together — transparently and with no hidden costs.
Yes. Care is not static, and neither are we. Our services are adjusted flexibly as someone's health changes. Working closely with relatives, doctors and the insurance funds, we adapt the care plan whenever the need arises.
Continuity and trust matter enormously to us, which is why we work in small, fixed teams so that familiar faces come to you wherever possible. Our staff are qualified, vetted, and work to clear quality and hygiene standards.
Yes. We will not leave you alone with the paperwork. We help you apply for a care level (Pflegegrad), explain what you are entitled to, and — if you would like — deal with the insurance fund on your behalf, clearly and reliably.
We put the person first, rather than a rigid schedule of services. We combine personal attention and empathy with modern care practice, digital documentation and clear communication. For us, care is a partnership between equals.
In many cases we can respond quickly and flexibly. After an initial conversation and a brief assessment of needs, we do our best to start as soon as possible — particularly after a sudden hospital discharge or an acute change in circumstances.
Yes. You will have a named contact who knows your situation and is reachable for questions, changes or worries at any time. That keeps communication clear and makes sure you feel properly looked after.
Yes. We carry out consultation visits under §37.3 SGB XI for recipients of care allowance at every care level. We advise you individually on home care, offer practical tips, and document the visit properly for the insurance fund. The cost is covered in full by the fund. On request we will remind you in good time before the next mandatory appointment, so your care allowance is never reduced.
Call us or drop us a message — we will take the time to answer your questions and find the right solution together.
