What is it?
When everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking or laundry become a burden — through illness, disability or the limitations that come with age — we are glad to help. Our household support lets you carry on living in your familiar surroundings and manage daily life as independently as possible.
Who pays?
With a care level (Pflegegrad): covered by the long-term care insurance fund, for example through care benefits in kind, the monthly relief amount (Entlastungsbetrag) or substitute care / combined benefits.
With a doctor's prescription (for example after a hospital stay, an operation or acute illness): your health insurance fund may cover the cost, either partly or in full.
